Mediterranean Peri Peri Salmon, 2 fillets


2 salmon fillets marinated with Mediterranean Peri Peri seasonings.

*Pictured with our serving suggestion of cous cous, avocado, tomato and rocket – some things that you may already have in your store cupboard or fridge for a tasty and healthy meal!

Pre-prepared in one of our handy grill bags, ready to pop into the oven or on a BBQ.


  1. Pre-heat oven to 190ºC
  2. Place bag on baking tray and heat in oven for 12-15 mins
  3. Let sit for a couple of minutes before removing clear window, be careful of the steam!
  4. Serve and poor over any juices from the bag
  5. Enjoy!

Can also be cooked in the bag on a BBQ.

    • Pop onto BBQ when at peak temperature, charcoal glowing white, pop lid down.
    • Should take around 12 mins, but each BBQ will differ.
