Indonesian Panang Curried Cod, 2 fillets
2 hake fillets marinated with Indonesian Panang Curry.

Pre-prepared in one of our handy grill bags, ready to pop into the oven or on a BBQ.
- Pre-heat oven to 190ºC
- Place bag on baking tray and heat in oven for 10-12 mins
- Let sit for a couple of minutes before removing clear window, be careful of the steam!
- Serve and poor over any juices from the bag
Can also be cooked in the bag on a BBQ.
- Pop onto BBQ when at peak temperature, charcoal glowing white, pop lid down.
- Should take around 10 mins, but each BBQ will differ.
