Hake fillet 180g, cous cous 100g, Basil 40g, roast red pepper 50g, herb butter 20g, sumac, 5g, Za’tar 5g, sunblushed tomatoes 20g, pomegranates
Instructions
Place on tray in centre of pre-heated oven at 185 ºC for 15 mins, 170ºC in the airfyer. Always check that the fish is thoroughly cooked through as ovens may vary.
Let rest for 2-3 mins before opening and serving.
