300g rooster potatoes, 60g beef tallow, garlic, sea salt, thyme
Instructions
Place chips on a lined baking tray with the beef tallow, herbs & garlic. place in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 190ºC or 170ºC air fryer.
After 15 minutes, or when the chips are golden brown on one side, carefully turn the chips over until golden brown on both sides.
Serve with sea salt.
