Salt and Chilli Squid Kit

Recreate the classic Mourne Seafood Bar Salt and Chilli Squid in the comfort of your own home.

Served with Napa slaw, chilli jam and mayo.

Serves 2 people as a starter size, or one as a main.

(Requires the use of a deep fat fryer Or Pan with oil )

Allergens 

Shellfish, Dairy (milk powder)

Mayo, severed separately

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Fry Squid in deep fat fryer on highest setting until lightly golden brown and remove
  2. Shake of excess oil and season with sea salt and cayenne
  3. Mix Napa slaw and dressing together and serve
